About the team.
Jacob is a systems thinker with a service mindset. With a background in software and a love for hospitality, he leads operations at Carmel Coffee Catering and keeps Pithos projects from flying off the rails.
Courtney blends creative direction with execution. As a designer, strategist, and web builder, she’s behind the visuals (and many of the launches) at Pithos. She doesn’t just make things look good—she makes them perform.
Sam builds things that are made to last—physically and philosophically. He’s the mind behind Actually Good Sweaters and the steady force on the ground for Pithos projects that require care, detail, and a deep respect for the craft.
